Account Management and Customer Testimonials
CTL Manufacturing operates as your 'virtual factory'. We have developed a business model for our customers, which minimises the normal problems associated with remote geography and external communication. Because we are aware that the availability of accurate, up to date information in relation to your products is critical to your business,  each customer is allocated an Account Manager. The role of the Account Manager includes: -

• Providing a single point of contact for all commercial issues
• Liaison between functions and disciplines on behalf of our customer
• Ensuring effective communication takes place between the two businesses
• Communicating customer requirements within CTL to the relevant people
• Making sure there are no surprises for our customer
• Ensuring CTL operates as a 'low maintenance' supplier to our customer

The Account Manager has the authority to operate across functions and disciplines, thus providing solutions to potential problems long before they become an inhibitor to product delivery or specification compliance. Our account management team uses the latest in customer relationship management (CRM) tools to allow tasks and actions to be monitored against timelines.
